Relationship Plans for Your Business

10 October 2015

Why develop Relationship Plans for your business?

What is the most important aspect of your business? Would you agree it is people?

If you don’t have people involved, you don’t have a business. People, either individually or in groups, make up your staff, customers, suppliers, community members and media, just to mention a few.

I’m sure you have a business plan and a budget (a financial plan) but do you take a planned approach to understanding the people on whom your business relies?

We don’t call these people plans, we call them Relationship Plans because they help you to genuinely understand the needs of these important folk in order to have long-term mutually beneficial relationships with them.

So, what does a Relationship Plan look like and how do you put one together?

We offer Business Relationship Plan workshops, where we guide participants through the planning process.

If you would like to know more, please get in touch to discuss how we can offer this workshop for your organisation.
