How does it work?
Through this program, we will develop a mentoring plan tailored to your organisation’s specific communications needs and the staff member’s skill level, strengths, weaknesses and learning preferences, including professional development recommendations.
We’ll work with your communications team-member/s and management to provide guidance, discuss issues and give feedback on the actions outlined in the plan.
Outcome
The outcome will be a sharper communications and engagement focus, clearer messages and more action.
